This project was completed in June 2019. The main
client was Metlife Care & the main contractor was
Hayden Rollett. There were 36 units & 8 blocks,
located in Red Beach, Whangaporoa. Everything other
than brick, was aluminium cladding, including the
aluminium fascia barge boards.
